ABOUT CHRIS
Before getting into home inspections Chris worked in construction for several years on a variety of projects, from framing townhouses to renovating a 100-year-old barn. It was during this time that he developed a strong understanding of the structure of a house and witnessed first-hand the destruction caused by poor building practices and lack of property maintenance. Chris then spent the next 10 years working as an airline pilot where he developed a keen attention to detail that he brings to every inspection.
Chris is now the proud owner and operator of Condos to Castles Home Inspections. As a homeowner himself he understands the stress and uncertainty that can come along with purchasing a property, and strives to bring the same care to your inspection as he would to his own.

Chris is certified under the National Home Inspector Certification Council and is licensed by Consumer Protection BC.

SERVICES

Strata Properties (Condos and Townhouses)
Many people believe an inspection of a strata property is not necessary because all maintenance and repairs are taken care of. Unfortunately, this is not always the case as stratas often neglect maintenance in order to save money or are just simply unaware.

A thorough inspection of a strata property will help to identify any deficiencies that could incur major costs to you in the near future.

Detached Homes
With the cost of detached homes already sky high in the Lower Mainland, don't leave it to chance and risk purchasing a property with hidden costs that could arise after closing.
All inspections prioritize safety and health hazards to ensure your new purchase will be a safe and healthy environment for you and your family. Secondly, we will identify any major cost issues and make recommendations for ongoing maintenance.

Every inspection includes a full walk-through of the property as well as a detailed report with pictures.
